Product finish is similar to a medium grade sandpaper - excellent slip resistance.
Same as cement i.e. extremely long lived/durable.
All existing cracking will reflect to the new pavement however various treatments are available.
Can be pressure washed but not recommended in close proximity.
Additives can be added to the mix to prevent staining from leaf litter drop.
Water based or chemical based sealers are recommended to provide additional stain resistance. They take a few weeks to settle in and disappear.
