Materials and Technology
Our paving uses sand and cement, a time-tested material with a proven 2000-year-old history, recognized for its durability in built environments.
Reflective hairline cracking
Reflective hairline cracking from sub surface existing pavement joints is normal. Our binder has a much higher strength than normal grey GP cement.
Staining
Leaf staining is normal in wet conditions. Pavements can be pre sealed to mitigate staining. High pressure water cleaning OK but ideally not in close proximity.
Pedestrian Use Only
Designed for pedestrian traffic.
Curing Time
Allow 7 days curing for 80% strength and 30 days for 100% strength.
Pavement Finish Over Time
The pavement finish may change in time; it improves with age developing a unique natural look similar to sandstone.
Easy Maintenance and Lasting Appeal
